Guided tours in the University Aula and a free concert with acclaimed choir Ensemble 96
Come get a guided tour of the University Aula, the venue for the Nobel Peace Price Ceremony from 1947 to 1989. Tours will be at 12:30 and at 2:30 pm, and at 3:00 pm Ensemble 96 will hold a short concert.
Dignitaries such as Dalai Lama, Elie Wiesel, Desmond Tutu, Lech Walesa, Willy Brandt, Martin Luther King Jr., Dag Hammarskjöld and Albert Schweitzer received their Nobel Peace Prize in the University Aula.
In 1990 the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded in Oslo City Hall for the first time.
On Saturday, December 7th, we invite you to guided tours at 12.30 and at 14.30. At 15.00 the choir Ensemble 96 will hold a short concert.
